7;45 pm followed by the dance from 8 &#8211; 10:30 ish\u00a0 Come and join us for a great evening of dancing, fun and social interaction.\u00a0 As these dances continue to grow in popularity you may need to come early to ensure your place.\u00a0 Great fun was had at the last Ceilidh in October and Alison, as always, kept you all moving and dancing to the great music provided by Calanais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This is the last Ceilidh dance of the year and it will be the last dance before an admission price increase!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Due to increasing rents and other costs we have to plan on an increase in the admission to the Ceildh dances.\u00a0 We have managed to hold them at the current rate of $15 ($10 for students) since September, 2017 which is really rather remarkable.\u00a0 Starting in January, 2026 admission will be $20 ($15 for students).\u00a0 We will not push for the donations towards the refreshments and we will accept credit\/debit cards as well as cash.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">We really hope this increase will not deter anyone from coming.\u00a0 If you have a group of 8 or more and pay cash, thus saving us the credit card fees, the group can come for $18 pp ($13 ps for students).\u00a0 To take advantage of this you have to plan ahead.\u00a0 Talk with any one of us on this or any other topic.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ff99cc;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; He immediately started asking her out when they got home.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Within a couple of weeks, Ed had taken Carolyn to dance clubs, restaurants, concerts, movies, and museums. Ed became\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>convinced that Carolyn was indeed his soul mate&#8230;and true love. Every date seemed better than the last.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>On the one-month anniversary of their first dinner on the cruise ship, Ed took Carolyn to a fine restaurant. While having cocktails and waiting for their salad, Ed said, &#8220;I guess you can tell I&#8217;m very much in love with you. I&#8217;d like a little serious talk before our relationship continues to the next stage. So, before I get a box out of my jacket and ask you a life changing question, it&#8217;s only fair to warn you, I&#8217;m a total golf nut. I play golf, I read about golf, I watch golf on TV. In short, I eat, sleep, and breathe golf. I love you as you are and I love golf too; but,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>since we&#8217;re being totally honest with each other, you need to know that for the last five years I&#8217;ve been a hooker.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ed said, &#8220;I bet it&#8217;s because you&#8217;re not keeping your wrists straight when you hit the sound check etc. and the dance will run from 8:00 &#8211; 10:30 with live music by Calanais.\u00a0 Alison will continue to be your teacher\/caller so you are guaranteed to have a great evening.\u00a0
